This listing is for a vintage sticky notepad set (at least I believe it must be sticky since the top 3/4" of the paper has a cream coloring usually signifying adhesive material behind the paper...but just in case it'll be sold AS-IS and I'll have to let the buyer find out truly) that was sold back in 1991 to commemorate WDW's 20th Anniversary.
The note pages are 4" x 3".
It doesn't give any info as to how many pages there are, but the notepad is nearly 1/4" thick.

Castle & Ears logo on the upper corner.  The bottom has the retro Walt Disney World font logo.
