The Applicator Gun when used in conjunction with the Utility Clips (of any size) is perfect for rebar mat application. The design of the Applicator allows the user to connect rebar from a standing position. It has a lightweight durable frame ensuring the user won't tire as easily or as quickly in comparison to traditional tie wire. Capable of applying up to 30 clips a minute! When using traditional tie wire to secure rebar intersects and parallels the worker has to constantly bend over, twist hands, arms and back to complete the task. Our Applicators are designed to be ergonomically friendly for its user. Simply place loaded Applicator over intersection. Push down (there are two handles for added leverage, both of which are easily adjustable for hand preference and height preference), listen for the clips to connect and secure over the rebar and pull up.
